Easy 4-ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
With just four ingredients, this foolproof fudge turns out perfectly every time!
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 1/3 c creamy peanut butter
- 1 jar (7 ounce) marshmallow creme
Line an 8" square pan with enough foil to hang over the edge of the pan to create a handle. Spray foil lightly with cooking spray. Bring sugar and milk to a boil in saucepan over medium heat. Boil 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Mix thoroughly until completely blended (you shouldn't see any white from the marshmallow creme). Pour immediately into prepared pan. Allow fudge to set up completely for 2 hours. Once the fudge is set, lift the fudge out of the pan by the foil handles and place on a cutting board. Cut into squares and enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
