If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably believed at some point that fudge-making is an activity for the experienced and talented baker. Hard ball, soft ball stage….that sounded way too complicated for me! But this simple and easy peanut butter fudge will make you the star of the show, even for the novice baker. No one will know that this perfect-every-time holiday treat takes five minutes to prepare and only has four ingredients. This recipe will for sure make your annual holiday baking list. Easy 4-ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 1/3 c creamy peanut butter
- 1 jar (7 ounce) marshmallow creme
- Line an 8" square pan with enough foil to hang over the edge of the pan to create a handle. Spray foil lightly with cooking spray. Bring sugar and milk to a boil in saucepan over medium heat. Boil 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Mix thoroughly until completely blended (you shouldn't see any white from the marshmallow creme). Pour immediately into prepared pan. Allow fudge to set up completely for 2 hours. Once the fudge is set, lift the fudge out of the pan by the foil handles and place on a cutting board. Cut into squares and enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
